For SEO services, we have easy payment plans. You can pay us for next month after reviewing the prior progress and job. Although, we make every effort to give you results that suits you needs but because of our temperament of SEO industry, any SEO company including Indy Soft Tech can’t assure you about rankings/traffic/business.
We consider that you are satisfied with our services if you are paying us.
- We call for 12 hour advance notice after placing an order to cancel any service or product. If the cancellation request is made after 12 hours, we will not consider it. Cancellation application cannot be considered once the project is assigned to the team and the work is in progress.
- We do not entertain cancellation applications for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- Cancellation is not feasible for special packages and promotional offers offered by Indy Soft Tech on special occasions.
- If you feel that you don’t get the product as per the commitment or as described on the website, bring it in our notice as quick as possible – within 24 hours of receiving the product or report. We will review the complaint and offer possible solution.
- We are responsible for what we offer only. We are not legally responsible for any deficit in service caused by any third party including hosting, server and content, etc.
- We would not repay regardless the cause even when if cancellation request is placed within 12 hours. However, we can adjust the money in any other order – that must be requested within 90 days.
